Enjoy a quiet neighborhood just minutes from A.T. Still University. This home is rented to young single FEMALES only, between ages 18-35 (five tenants total in the house). Special pricing for A.T. Still University students is $500/rent for a regular room, or $700/rent for the Master bedroom. Utilities are $95 each month, which includes high-speed internet. Common areas are furnished, but the bedroom is NOT furnished.

Standard bedrooms are about 10 x 11 feet, and you also get the exclusive use of an extra hall closet that is keyed the same as your bedroom for privacy. Bathroom is shared with one other roommate.

Master bedroom is about 14' x 17.5' and has a large walk-in closet, along with an en suite private bathroom.
